The following chart determines shipping and handling charges for our online store items. Orders of less than $50 are shipped via US mail.

3rd day, 2nd Day, and Overnight UPS service is available for phone orders only.
In states where we are required to charge Sales Tax on merchandise, there is also tax on Shipping.
Dicobe can ship to UK, Canada and APO/FPO boxes using the costs in the “UK and foreign shipments” section.
Return Policies
We have a tremendous number of recordings, and, unfortunately, we can’t listen to them all.
Occasionally, we also make mistakes. If you receive a recording that you believe to be defective, we will replace it at no charge. Just call or email us to get that taken care of. On occasion, we may request that you return the item so that we can fix the problem for future orders.
We guarantee our products from online store for sound quality and mechanical defects – we don’t guarantee that you will like the message of the speaker.
Refund of Correction Policy for Professional Orders
If you have ordered a professional duplication product, we will make every effort to correct that issue as soon as possible. Call or email us to discuss the situation, and together we will find a solution.
